The Darien Civic Engagement Project (DCEP) allows students to take what they learn in the classroom about American politics and put it into action on the Rutgers campus and in the New Brunswick community.
RU Running? is a training for politically interested college students considering running for public office. RU Running? builds upon the expertise and experience of both organizations and promises to be a model for colleges and universities throughout New Jersey and nationwide.
The Youth Political Participation Program offers 3-credit internships with the Department of Political Science (481/482). Students can choose to focus their attention and academic coursework on: RU Ready™, RU Voting™, or the Young Elected Leaders Project.
